Yes. The Language Editing Certificate carries a unique verification number and is addressed to your target journal when you name one. It is the document editors ask for when they request evidence of professional English editing, and it has been accepted by Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals across major publishers. Reviewers asking for language certification is increasingly common for non-native-English submissions.
